ABOUT THE FILM:
Cardigan is a small town of 4,000 good people. 400 of them used to make jeans. They made 35,000 pairs a week. For three decades.

Then one day the factory closed and left town. Overnight, 10% of the population was unemployed. But all that skill and knowhow remained. Without any way of showing the world what they could do.

15 years later, apparel veterans David and Clare Hieatt along with some of the original factory staff started the Hiut Denim company to bring manufacturing back to Cardigan. Their small operation is put to the test when they are suddenly thrust into the global spotlight after Meghan Markle is captured wearing a pair of their jeans.

Do One Thing Well: The Story of Cardigan is the story of a town determined to rewrite their history. To show the world their talents and showcase what was left behind.
